Article 2 – Access to the website

Access to and use of this website are strictly for personal purposes.
You agree not to use the information or data contained on this site for commercial, political, or advertising purposes, or for any form of unauthorized solicitation.

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, videos, sounds, software, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from the publisher, is prohibited.

The publisher reserves the right to:

  • suspend, interrupt, or limit access to all or part of the website,
  • remove any content that violates applicable laws or disrupts operation,
  • perform technical or editorial updates at any time.

Article 7 – Collection and protection of personal data

Personal data collected by Norweb may include:

  • email address
  • phone number

These data are processed to manage user relationships, respond to contact requests, and, where applicable, send commercial information (subject to prior consent).

Article 11 – Use and storage of data

Data are used to:

  • enable website access and functionality,
  • respond to contact requests,
  • ensure website security,
  • send commercial information if you have consented.

Retention periods:

  • contact data: up to 3 years after last contact,
  • order data (if applicable): 5 years for accounting obligations,
  • cookies: up to 13 months.

Article 12 – Data sharing

Data may be shared only with technical service providers (hosting, analytics, or email services) for the performance of their duties.
No data are transferred outside the European Union without adequate protection.

Article 13 – Commercial communications

You will receive marketing messages from Norweb only if you have given your consent.
Each message includes an unsubscribe link.

Article 14 – Cookies and trackers

Cookies are small text files stored on your device during site visits.
Some cookies are necessary for site functionality, while others (analytics, advertising, social media) require prior consent.

Upon your first visit, a banner allows you to:

  • accept all cookies,
  • reject all cookies,
  • customize your choices.

Your preferences are stored for up to 13 months and can be changed anytime via “Cookie settings”.

All images and illustrations on the site are for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.

These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the publisher’s registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.

Article 19 – LinkedIn publishing tools developed for clients

Norweb develops custom publishing tools that allow its clients to share articles from their own website to their LinkedIn profile (e.g. the “Confino Publication” application). These tools use the official LinkedIn API and only act at the explicit request of the user.

19.1 Data processed
When a user connects their LinkedIn account to such a tool, the following data are processed:

LinkedIn member identifier, name and profile picture (provided by LinkedIn via OpenID Connect),
the access token (and, where applicable, refresh token) issued by LinkedIn,
the content the user chooses to publish (text, image, document, link).

19.2 Purpose
These data are used solely to publish content on the user’s own LinkedIn profile, when the user clicks “Publish on LinkedIn”, and to display the publication status in the tool. No data are used for profiling, advertising or any other purpose.

19.3 Permissions requested
The tool only requests the permissions needed for publishing: sign-in (openid, profile) and posting on behalf of the member (w_member_social). It does not access the user’s connections, messages or any other LinkedIn data.

19.4 Storage and security
Access tokens are stored in encrypted form in the database of the client’s website, hosted in the European Union. They are never shared, sold or transferred to third parties, and are not stored on Norweb’s own systems.

19.5 Roles
The client operating the website acts as data controller. Norweb acts as data processor for the development and maintenance of the tool.

19.6 Retention
Data are kept as long as the LinkedIn account remains connected to the tool. When the account is disconnected, the tokens are deleted. A record of publications (date, author, LinkedIn link) is kept on the client’s website for as long as the related article exists.

19.7 Revoking access
Users can revoke access at any time:

by disconnecting their account in the tool’s settings, or
directly on LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services.
